Welcome to Chillout Bali - the next chapter in a personal journey to share “our” Bali.
After more than a decade staying at private villas in Bali – some good and some not so good - we decided to share our Bali “experience” and developed Villa Tujuh.
Villa Tujuh entertained its first guests in January 2007 and became so popular that sharing “our” Bali had become uniquely difficult as we are booked out well in advance.
We have created Chillout Bali to provide a select, boutique group of villas, featuring great service, beautiful surroundings and a unique Balinese experience at affordable prices.
Teman Desa ("Village Friends") is one of the first boutique group of villas now completed. Chillout Bali, along with some of our friends who share the same passion for a true Balinese experience, have combined to create traditional Balinese style villas in the image of Villa Tujuh. These villas are now available for rental and you will find some great photos under the Teman Desa rental section of this site.
We have now started construction on a new group of villas 10 minutes further along the coast at Seseh Beach. Tepi Laut (Beachside) Villas is right on the beach of a beautiful Balinese fishing village. Again a boutique group of 5 villas ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Some are still available for purchase and will be available for rental in late 2011.
All Chillout Bali Villas represent the same luxury accommodation, service and unique experience that has made Villa Tujuh so successful.
We are not just another Bali villa rental group simply aggregating hundreds of untried properties across the island. As we want to share "our" Bali, all the photos you see on this website have been taken in and around our villas, nearby beaches and the local village - what you see is what you get!
