Booking Conditions
- To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% is required.
- Chillout Bali villa rates are in US$. Payments can be made by electronic bank deposit into our US$ account. Account transfer details will be provided with the invoice.
- Credit card payments are only accepted via the Paypal system using VIsa and Mastercard only. This is to ensure security for both the card holder and ourselves. We will create an invoice on Paypal which will be emailed to you for payment. These transactions incur a 3% fee. You can also pay via Paypal's direct payment system, this will also incur a 3% transaction fee.
- We do not accept split billing or multiple payments. One payment is accepted for deposit and one for final payment.
- The final balance is required 30 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made using the payment methods above.
- Cancellations can be made up to 60 days before arrival date but will incur a fee of 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations made after the 60 day period will not be refundable however bookings can be re-scheduled depending on availability.
- All cancellations made outside of the 60 day period will incur a USD$200 administration fee.
- Check in time is 2pm. Check out is 12 noon. Late check out is available until 6pm at half day rates, and after 6pm at full day rates.
- We do not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal items or equipment during your stay.
- We strongly recommend all travellers undertake a travel insurance policy before they depart.
- Any damage to villa property will be at guest cost.
